The hotel needs renovation, especially the corridors and basic amenities!!! The outdoor play area for kids lacks sufficient shade!!! Also, water served in small plastic bottles is quite wasteful and not eco-friendly!!!

However, some areas seemed dated and cleanliness could be improved, especially around the pool where leftover glasses were still present from previous guests. Small details like fresh towels and better maintenance of the bathroom fixtures would significantly enhance the experience. Overall, the staff really made my stay enjoyable with their attentiveness.

The location is truly excellent, providing easy access to beautiful surroundings. Our Deluxe Room with Balcony offered a relaxing space with a decent view. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I remembered enjoying the amenities during my last visit, but this time, they felt a bit underwhelming compared to my fond memories.

We hung out at a row house for 2 nights with some colleagues and it was pretty spacious. The restaurant had great food, and the staff were super chill and helpful. Just a bummer about my missing gift after dinner—reception didn’t seem to care much despite my visits.
